$50K instant scratch-Its ticket won by Beverley Hills couple

A lucky Beverly Hills couple won a $50,000 prize in Instant Scratch-its top prize.

The winning $4 Galaxy Bingo Plus ticket was purchased at Broad Arrow Newsagency & Tobacconist, 66 Broadarrow Road, Narwee.

The lott official taled the winning couple and confirmed the win.

“When we have a little win in a lottery, I’ll treat myself and my wife to a couple of Instant Scratch-Its tickets,” he said.

“We took our Instant Scratch-Its tickets home to scratch in the sunroom together. I scratched the top prize-winning one and I couldn’t believe my eyes.

“The funniest part of the whole thing is that my wife won a small prize on her ticket too!

“Oh my word, did I keep that ticket safe! I was extremely apprehensive about taking my ticket to get checked at the outlet counter.  

“We are older, and are each celebrating a milestone birthday soon, so we will have a party!
