A lucky Pennsylvania Lottery player turned a $50 scratch-off ticket into a life-changing $1 million prize in Allegheny County.

The winning ticket came from the Million Dollar Win It All scratch-off game and was purchased at a GetGo gas station in Carnegie on Chestnut Street. So far, the winner has not come forward.
