$1 million lottery won by a Mecklenburg County in Mega Millions lottery, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before. 

Carl Izzard bought his two dollar ticket from Adam’s Market on Elm Lane. He matched all five balls to win the $1 million prize. The odds of matching all five balls is 1 out of 12.6 million.

Winner took home the amount of $710,101 after federal and state tax withholdings.

The winner has no such plans, because he has not yet decided about his plans with such a huge lottery win.
