A Minnesota Lottery customer is sitting on a ticket worth a cool $3.1 million. The Minnesota Lottery announced Thursday that a jackpot-winning Lotto America ticket has been sold in Minnesota for the second time in less than two months.

The winning ticket was sold at Cub Foods at 2050 Northdale Blvd. in Coon Rapids for the Apr. 24 drawing. The cash option is worth $1.43 million.

The six winning numbers for Wednesday's draw were: 7-12-17-22-52 and Star Ball 3. It comes after a $3.73 million Lotto America ticket was sold at another Cub Foods – this time in Roseville – for the Mar. 4 drawing.

Both Cub Foods stores will be given $10,000 for selling the winning tickets. The sums won on Mar. 4 and Apr. 24 are dwarfed by the two previous winning Lotto America tickets sold in Minnesota: A $22.8 million jackpot ticket sold in Roseau in March 2018, and a $21.6 million ticket sold in Ramsey in July 2019.
