$1 million Powerball prize won by a Ubly man in Michigan lottery, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before. 

Norman Doerr, who is 60 years old, purchased his winning lottery ticket from Fast Freddies on Main Street in Ubly in October.

The Ubly man matched the five white balls in the Oct. 19 drawing to win the big prize: 06-08-15-27-42. 

It was unbelievable for him to see the same numbers on his TV that were on his lottery ticket, he was completely shocked at the moment. 

"I was watching the news the morning after the drawing, and they showed the winning Powerball numbers from the night before."

The winner said that, he plans to use his windfall of $1 million for his retirement.
