Scratch-Off Lottery Ticket worth $10,000 sold in Newington, the winner will soon be $10,000 times richer than before. 

The winning scratch-off lottery ticket purchased the lucky ticket Thursday at the Zain Food Mart in Newington.

Winner has not yet came forward to claim the lottery prize, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed. 

The winner has one year from the day of draw to claim there lottery prize, afterwards the lottery ticket will expire and won't be claimed.

Several lottery tickets are still unclaimed, prizes of $10,000 in the 10X Cash 16th Edition game, according to CT Lottery.
