The NY Lottery says the ticket was sold at the Rite Aid on Lockport Street in Youngstown. It is worth $19,303.50. The holder of the winning ticket can claim their price up to one year from the date of the drawing.
The lottery officials also pass a message to the winner that, " until the winner didn't cash out his winnings from lottery headquarters he/she have to keep their lottery winning ticket safe as it their money not a piece of paper."
