A winning Mega Millions lottery ticket worth $40,000 was sold in East Valley for Friday’s drawing.
The winning ticket was sold at an Arco gas station near 16th Street and Thomas Road. The ticket distributor will get a bonus of $400 for selling the winning scratch-Off ticket.
The winning numbers for Friday’s Mega Millions drawing were: 4, 43, 46, 47 and 61 with the Mega Ball of 22. The winning ticket matched four out of the five white balls on the ticket, along with the Mega Ball.
Mega Millions is an American multijurisdictional lottery game, it is offered in 45 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Mega Millions is drawn at 11 pm Eastern Time on Tuesday and Friday evenings, including holidays.
