Winning lottery ticket worth $30K sold in Connecticut
A $30,000 winning Mega Millions lottery ticket was sold in Connecticut during Friday night's drawing.
The matching numbers were 2-33-38-57-70 and the Mega ball was 13.
The winner matched four numbers and the Mega ball and also had the Megaplier, which tripled the prize from $10,000 to $30,000.
Lottery officials have not yet announced where the ticket was sold.
The winning lottery ticket still remains unclaimed as the ticket was unregistered so the lottery officials urge all the lottery ticket holders to check their tickets and sign on the back of them.
If anybody has a winning ticket, the player must keep it safe and claim the winning prize by visiting the nearest lottery headquarters.
The player can also have the facility of calling or seeing mail to start the claiming process.
