A 59 years old Genesee county man who retired recently thought of buying a lottery tickets and in one of them he won a prize of $2 millions by playing jackpot playing the Michigan Lottery’s Max Your Millions instant game.
The winner bought his ticket at the Palace of Burton, located at 4012 Davison Road in Burton.
“I purchased a few Lottery tickets while I was at the store,” the player said. “I scratched them off when I got in my car and was mind-boggled when I saw I had won $2 million. When I got home, I showed my wife the ticket and told her that I had just made her a millionaire!”
He collected his prize from the lottery headquarters and selected to get a one time lump-sum amount of the prize after taxes.
