Winning $1 million lottery ticket is sold out in Giant eagle store
A scratch-off lottery ticket revealed a $1 million prize for a Pittsburgh-area Giant Eagle Market District customer.
Pennsylvania Lottery officials said a winning ticket in the "$1 Million? Seriously" game was sold at the grocery store in the Settlers Ridge shopping center.
The scratch-off game costs $20 for a ticket and offers top prizes of $1 million. The winner's name was not announced. The store will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket.
The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.
They also announced that the winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money and if not claimed then it will be donated to a charity.
