Virginia Beach Man Wins $100,000 Virginia Lottery Prize and Jumps for Joy

A man from Virginia Beach had an ecstatic reaction after winning a six-figure prize from the Virginia Lottery.
Russell Turner shared that he was on his porch with his wife when he scratched a $326,000,000 Fortune ticket he purchased from a 7-Eleven on Haygood Road.
As soon as he realized he had won a $100,000 prize, he and his wife began dancing out of joy.
Turner recalled that he showed his wife the winning ticket, but she initially didn't believe him.
The couple then continued their winner's dance on the porch, accidentally spilling coffee everywhere in the process.
