Vermonter resident won a lottery of $366M Powerball Jackpot, the player has broken the records and have become a multi millionaire. 

One lucky Vermonter has made lotto history after becoming the state's first Powerball Jackpot winner.

The winning ticket carried with it a whopping $366.7 million jackpot, making him a multi millionaire.

Vermont Lottery officials confirmed that the winning Powerball ticket was sold earlier this week at the Middlebury Short Stop, which is part of the Jolley chain.

The winning ticket matched all five numbers and the Powerball number.

Wednesday’s winning numbers were 08, 40, 49, 58, 63 and the Powerball was 14.

The winner will have to choose between receiving $366.7 million paid out over 29 years or taking a lump sum payment of $208.5 million.
