Powerball players in North Carolina are being urged to check their tickets for a chance to claim an unclaimed $100,000 prize from the Oct. 5 drawing.
The winning $3 Power Play ticket was sold at the Lake Wylie Mini Mart on Union Road in Gastonia and will expire on Tuesday, April 4.
The ticket matched four white balls and the red Powerball, with the odds of winning being 1 in 913,129.
