Two New Jersey Cash 5 Tickets Split $973K Jackpot

Two New Jersey Lottery players are starting the weekend with a serious cash boost.
The $973,126 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot from Thursday, September 3, was hit by two winning tickets, meaning each player takes home $486,563 before taxes.
The winning tickets were sold in two different ways:
- 🎉 One was purchased at In & Out Convenience Store on West Browning Road in Bellmawr, Camden County.
- 📱 The other was bought online through the Jackpocket app.
- 💰 Both retailers earned a $2,000 bonus for selling the jackpot-winning tickets.
With the jackpot claimed, the prize has now reset to $150,000 for Friday night's drawing.
Jersey Cash 5 is a daily New Jersey Lottery game where players choose five numbers from 1 to 45. Players can add Xtra to boost eligible non-jackpot prizes by up to five times, while Bullseye offers another way to win.
Drawings take place every night at 10:57 p.m.
