A man from Toronto named Stanley Maclean recently won big in OLG's Instant Crossword Deluxe, a $10 scratch card game where players reveal letters to complete a crossword puzzle.

Maclean bought his lottery ticket at Dollarcade on Fieldgate Drive in Mississauga and initially thought he had won $25,000.

But upon realizing it was actually $250,000, he was in so much shock that he had to remind himself to breathe.

Even his partner was stunned by the news, and Maclean plans to use the money to pay some bills, buy a new phone for his nephew, and invest in his future with his partner. The chances of winning the top prize in this game are 1 in 813,300, making Maclean's win all the more fortunate.
