Someone in Westchester won over $9K lottery prize

The New York Lottery announced a top-prize winning TAKE-5 ticket was sold in Westchester County for Wednesday's evening drawing.

The winning ticket was purchased at G23 Enterprises located at 314 Boston Post Road in Port Chester.

The ticket is worth $9577.50 to the person holding the winning numbers. Other winning tickets for the same amount were sold in the Bronx, Queens, and Brooklyn.

The winning lottery ticket still remains unclaimed as the ticket was unregistered so the lottery officials urge all the lottery ticket holders to check their tickets and sign on the back of them.

If anybody has a winning ticket, the player must keep it safe and claim the winning prize by visiting the nearest lottery headquarters.

The player can also have the facility of calling or seeing mail to start the claiming process.
