Somerset County Player Wins $40,000 in Mega Millions Drawing

A lucky lottery player in Somerset County is celebrating a $40,000 Mega Millions win after Tuesday’s, September 22, drawing.
The winning ticket was sold at 7-Eleven #34925 on Martinsville Road in the Basking Ridge section of Bernards Township.
Winning Numbers
- White balls: 07, 13, 26, 37, 68
- Mega Ball: 08
Mega Millions players choose five numbers from 1 to 70 and one Mega Ball number from 1 to 25. Players can also use Easy Pick or Quick Pick for randomly generated numbers.
The jackpot requires matching all five white balls plus the Mega Ball. Drawings are held at 11 p.m. ET every Tuesday and Friday.
