Someone in Valparaiso won a Powerball lottery ticket worth $50,000, the winner will soon be $50k times richer than before.
The lucky ticket was sold at Triangle Liquors, 3210 N. Calumet Ave., according to the Hoosier Lottery.
Wednesday’s multistate lottery drawing matched four of the five white balls 2-11-22-35-60 and the red Powerball, 23, to win the game’s third-highest prize.
Winner has not yet came forward to claim the lottery prize, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed.
The winner has one year from the day of draw to claim there lottery prize, afterwards the lottery ticket will expire and won't be claimed.
