A $1 million prize was won on a Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off game

A $1 million-winning 200X the Cash Scratch-Off has been sold in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania Lottery officials said.

The retailer, Liberated Petroleum Kittanning, 173 Butler Road, West Kittanning, will get a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket. 200X the Cash is a $20 game that offers top prizes of $1 million.

Players attempt to match their numbers to any of the winning numbers to get a prize. Scratch-off prizes expire one-year from the end-sale date posted on the Pennsylvania Lottery website.

Any winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and call lottery officials at 800-692-7481. Scratch-off tickets are distributed to stores at random, meaning that lottery officials and retailers do not know where the winning tickets will be sold.

The lottery only learns about a winning ticket after the prize has been claimed. All prizes greater than $5,000 are subject to withholding taxes.
