Saturday Gold Lotto ticket worth $580,000 won by Hamilton man

A lucky Hamilton man woke up on Monday morning and discovered he became $580K richer in the weekend's Saturday Gold Lotto draw.

The winner is a Brisbane resident who won division one prize in Saturday Gold Lotto draw 4273 which was drawn on Saturday 2 July 2022.

The winning ticket was purchased online at the lott official website.

The Lott official reached out to the winner and confirmed the win.

“It’s crazy to think this has happened to me!” he proclaimed.

“You always think, ‘I wonder what it would be like to win’, but you never actually expect it to happen to you.

“I woke up on Sunday morning and had almost forgotten about the draw or that I had an entry in it. “Once I did check it though, I was almost blown off my chair!

“It’s an incredible win and one that I’ll have to put aside while I process what’s just happened.
