Roanoke County resident won $1 million jackpot in Mega Millions, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before.
The winning lottery ticket was purchased at the Clearbrook Mini Mart at 5469 Franklin Road.
The winning numbers for the January 3 drawing were 25-29-33-41-44, and the Mega Ball number was 18.
The winner has not yet claimed the lottery prize, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed.
Retailer will also receive a bonus of $10,000 for selling the winning lottery ticket.
The winner has 180 days to claim the lottery prize, afterwards the lottery ticket will expire and won't be claimed.
