Richard won a lottery of $1 million and want to buy a house with the huge jackpot that he has hit, he took the lump sum amount of the jackpot.
Richard Locklin who is 59 years old bought his lottery ticket of"500X THE CASH" scratch-off ticket from an Orlando Wawa. Colonial Drive, lottery officials said in a release Friday. He then chose to receive a lump sum amount of $1 million which is $820, 000 after taxes.
For selling the winning ticket, the retailer received a $2,000 bonus commission.
The Top prize for this game is $29 million.
