Powerball Jackpot Climbs to $214 Million

A ticket sold in Maryland matched five numbers, securing a $1 million prize.

No tickets were sold with all six numbers in Saturday evening’s drawing of the multi-state Powerball lottery, pushing the estimated jackpot for Monday’s drawing to $214 million.

A ticket matching five numbers, but missing the Powerball number, was sold in Maryland and is worth $1 million.

The numbers drawn were 9, 11, 27, 59, and 66 and the Powerball number was 19.

The Powerball game is played in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
