Pennsylvania Lottery winners claimed nearly $200 million in scratch-off prizes in May

During the month of May, Pennsylvania Lottery scratch-off winners celebrated an impressive total of over $199 million in claimed prizes. Additionally, two separate prizes of $1 million were claimed by players from Washington and Westmoreland counties, according to the PA Lottery.

The Shaler Shop ‘n Save in Allegheny County, where the $3 million winning ticket was sold, received a $10,000 bonus. American Natural in Charleroi and SHOP 'n SAVE in Latrobe, both of which sold $1 million winning tickets, were each awarded $5,000 bonuses.

Across the state of Pennsylvania, other substantial prizes claimed in May included three prizes of $500,000, one prize of $300,000, and one prize of $250,000. The month was filled with excitement and joy as numerous lottery players had their dreams come true with life-changing prizes.
