Pennsylvania contractor wins third lottery prize in Maryland

A 53-year-old contractor from Pennsylvania, nicknamed "Mr. Three Times", has won his third lottery prize in recent years by purchasing a $50,000 Cash scratch-off ticket from his favorite Sheetz in Carroll County, Maryland.
He had previously won $1 million and $100,000 prizes in the Maryland lottery. He plans to use his winnings to take his wife on a vacation.
