  • Claim in person or by mail. Payment by check or direct deposit is available.

• $50,000 and up

  • Must be claimed at the Winner Center or by mail with proper documentation.

• A photo of the front and back of the signed ticket

• Valid photo ID

• Proof of Social Security number

• Completed claim form

Mail-in claims must include the original signed ticket. Lost or non-winning tickets are not accepted.
