• Time Limit: You have 180 days from the draw date.

• Prizes up to $600: Claim at any retailer or the Oklahoma Lottery Winner Center in downtown Oklahoma City (Mon–Fri, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.).

• $601 to $49,999: Claim in person or by mail. Bring your signed ticket, valid ID, proof of Social Security, and claim form. Payment by check or direct deposit.

• $50,000 or more: Must claim in person or by mail. Same requirements apply, with payment options including check or ACH.

• Mail-In Claims: Send your signed ticket and completed claim form to the Oklahoma Lottery, P.O. Box 548810, Oklahoma City, OK 73154. Include a voided check or bank letter for direct deposit.
