An Ohio man turned a longtime family tradition into a big win, landing a $100,001 lottery prize with a set of numbers that hold special meaning.
Brian C. of North Ridgeville had been playing the numbers 11, 22, and 28 for years with his cousin during Keno games. After his cousin passed away, he continued the tradition by adding 3 and 31, two important birthday numbers, and using them in Rolling Cash 5 drawings.
His lucky ticket for the June 10 drawing matched the winning numbers and secured the six-figure prize.
