Newton resident William Wheeler hit it big with a $100,000 prize from a $50 scratch-off ticket, and he already knows where the money’s going—straight to his wife.
“I’ll just hand it over and let her decide what to do,” Wheeler joked. “She was more excited than me when I told her!”
