A North Carolina man has won $2 million from a scratch-off ticket he purchased from the grocery store that employs him.

Hyeon Jung, who works at Green Street Grocery in High Point, purchased the $20 lottery ticket while he was on break.

He has not revealed whether he plans on keeping the job.

Although Jung could have made $2 million in 20 annual installments, he chose to go with the lump sum amount of $1.2 million.

Minus state and federal taxes, he walked away with $855,006.

If anybody has a winning ticket, the player must keep it safe and claim the winning prize by visiting the nearest lottery headquarters. The player can also have the facility of calling or sending mail to start the claiming process.
