Monroeville Convenience Store Sells $3 Million Winning Scratch-Off Ticket

A convenience store in Monroeville, Pennsylvania is celebrating after selling a winning scratch-off ticket worth $3 million.
The top prize was won in the Pennsylvania Lottery's $30 Snow Bank game, and the ticket was sold at the Mosside Boulevard Sheetz.
As per the lottery officials, the winner has already claimed the prize.
Scratch-off tickets are randomly distributed to retailers, so neither the lottery officials nor the stores know where the winning tickets will be sold.
The convenience store that sold the winning ticket will receive a $10,000 bonus as a result of the sale.
