Midlands woman won the lottery of $200,000 in South Carolina Education Lottery

Midlands woman won the lottery of $200,000 in South Carolina Education Lottery, the winner of the lottery will soon be $200k times richer than before.

The winning ticket was sold for $2 at the S M Mart in the Mobil gas station at 840 U.S. 1 in Lugoff. That’s in an area of Kershaw County near the Wateree River that’s densely packed with restaurants and retail Businesses. 

The winning numbers — 4, 16, 26, 27, 33, and Power-Up: 2 — were drawn on Aug. 28.

“No reason why,” the woman said in a news release. “I thought while I’m here getting gas, I’ll get a ticket too.”

the woman bought the Powered-Up option for an additional dollar, it doubled the prize to $200,000, according to the release.

The woman decided not to revel her identity and stay anonymous.
