Maryland Lottery ticket worth $50,000 won by a Woodbridge Woman, the winner will soon be $50,000 times richer than before.
The woman purchased her winning lottery ticket at the Olde Fitzgerald’s Liquors, which is located at 7701 Crain Highway in Upper Marlboro.
The woman, who retired after working with the federal goverment, travels into Maryland regularly and plays the lottery.
The 61 years old woman decided not to reveal her identity and remain anonymous.
She wants to give all the jackpot money to her father.
"My dad played the Lottery every day," she said. "I can’t wait to show him that I won."
