Man retires after winning the lottery worth of $1 million, the player is now $1 million times richer than they were before.

Joe MacLean of Marion Bridge was having second thoughts after he decided to retire in May but now with the amount of $1 million in his pocket, he won't be having any second thoughts.

He said he intends to be cautious with his winnings, using them to have a more comfortable retirement and sharing with family members.

The $1 million lottery ticket happened to be purchased at Church’s Valufoods in Marion Bridge — which now has a second connection to good fortune and big prizes.
