Lucky West Haven man wins a big jackpot in scratch off lottery game

A West Haven man won $50,000 playing the CT Lottery. James Poulsen won playing $100,000 Fortune.
He purchased the lucky ticket Wednesday at Grillo's Market in West Haven.
The CT Lottery furnishes winner information as public record. The $100,000 Fortune scratch-off ticket costs $5.
There are more than 3 million of the tickets. There is one remaining $100,000 top prize left as of Friday, according to CT Lottery.
The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.
They also said that the winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money and if not claimed then it will be donated to a charity.
