Lucky Ohio lottery players wins $500,000 recently in scratch off lottery

Two Ohio Lottery winners won big on scratch-off tickets on Thursday, as their winnings totaled over half a million dollars.
A lucky winner won a $500,000 top prize in the Ohio Lottery’s $10 scratch-off, $500,000 Extra Play. The ticket was purchased at a BP gas station on East Midlothian Road in Youngstown.
According to the Ohio Lottery press release, after federal and state tax withholdings she will receive approximately $360,000.
The winner beat odds of 1 in 600,000 to win. As of March 11, the Ohio Lottery reports that they have eight $500,000 top prizes remaining in $500,000 Extra Play, as well as other great prizes. As a result, the gas station will receive a $5,000 sales bonus.
