• Prizes up to $600: Redeem at any authorized Louisiana Lottery retailer.
• Prizes over $600: Claim by mail or in person at a Louisiana Lottery office.
• Prizes above $5,000: Must be claimed in person at Lottery headquarters.

Claim by Mail

Before mailing your claim, make sure to:

• Sign the back of your winning ticket.
• Fill out all required ticket information.
• Make a copy of your ticket (except Powerball and Mega Millions tickets).
• Complete a Louisiana Lottery Prize Claim Form.
• Include a copy of your valid photo ID.
• Mail everything together in one envelope to Louisiana Lottery Headquarters.

Claim in Person

Players can visit Louisiana Lottery Headquarters during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., where prizes of any amount can be processed.
