Lotto Max winner from Abbotsford won lottery worth $1 million, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before.
Shaun Hill bought the lucky ticket at the Husky gas station on 216 Street in Langley. The Abbotsford man scanned his ticket on the Lotto! app while at work and said he was completely shocked by the win.
He was not sure about his lottery win, so he decided to check his lottery ticket, after checking the lottery ticket twice he realized that he is the winner.
"I thought 'wow' and scanned it again trying to wrap my head around it. I had to finish off the workday as if nothing happened," he said.
He has not yet decided what he will do with the lottery prize.
