London, Ont. Man Wins $3 Million Jackpot with Lotto Scratch Ticket

In a stroke of luck, Peter Baxted from London, Ontario, won $3 million by playing the INSTANT $3,000,000 Prestige lotto scratch ticket.
Baxted, who occasionally plays the lottery, purchased the winning ticket on his way home from a night shift at a Circle K store on Hamilton Road.
Overwhelmed with joy, he rushed home to share the good news with his wife, who was equally thrilled. As a painter, Baxted intends to use the prize money to buy a new home for his family, invest for the future, and buy himself a new Dodge Challenger. Baxted expressed his gratitude and humility for the incredible win.
