In Lincolnwood, Illinois, luck struck as a winning scratch-off ticket was purchased at a CVS Pharmacy on 3950 W. Devon Ave.
The fortunate player chose the "$20 Years of Cash" ticket for $10, offering the possibility of receiving up to $25,000 monthly for two decades.
