Leichhardt man scoop $1.5 million Saturday Lotto jackpot prize
A lucky man from Sydney held division one winning entries in Saturday Lotto draw 4307, drawn 29 October 2022.
Each entry scored $1,538,461.54.
the winning lottery ticket was purchased online at Nextra Norton Plaza, Shop 24 Norton Plaza, 55 Norton Street, Leichhardt.
The lottery official talked to the winner and confirmed the win.
“It’s unbelievable! We scanned our ticket together and when we realized what had happened, our emotions just spilled over,” he told an official from The Lott when confirming his windfall.
“You always hope that one day it might be you, but you never expect it to happen.
“We cried so much! It was just tears and laughter.
“I’ve never won anything before but this is going to change our lives.
“It’s going to set us up for retirement. It’s going to allow us to help out our family and it’s definitely sending us on a big holiday.
“It’s just amazing to know we’re secure moving forward.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you!”
