Laredo resident is holding the lottery worth $3 million dollars in scratch-off ticket, the winner will soon be $3 million times richer than before.
They Gateway City resident bought a Texas Lottery scratch ticket at the Yumm gas station at 1200 East Del Mar Blvd.
The winner decided not to reveal there identity and remain anonymous.
The lucky winner became a millionaire just by purchasing one single lottery ticket.
The winner had not yet decided what they will do with the lottery amount they got, but they have a rough plan of buying themselves a house.
