La Loche resident won $100,000 worth jackpot in Ultimate instant ticket

One lucky lottery player from La Loche received a surprise when he saw his Ultimate Instant lottery ticket.
Roger Janvier, the winner was surprised when he scratched his Ultimate Instant lottery ticket, he won $100,000 worth jackpot in it.
The winning lottery ticket was purchased at the Lakeshore Express in La Loche on Dec. 29.
When he scratched his lottery ticket he saw that I had a matching number.
Janvier said he plans to put some of his windfall towards bills.
