Kentucky woman wins Hit the Jackpot ticket worth $175k
A lucky Kentucky woman won 'Hit the jackpot' ticket worth $175,000 after she made the right choice in a gift swap at her work holiday party.
The winner was taking part in the gifting game when a co-worker stole her $25 T.J. Maxx gift card. After this Janes to have to steal someone else’s gift and she chose $25 in scratch tickets, which made her win $175k.
She recently claimed her winning amount from the lottery headquarters and took home $125,250 after federal and state taxes.
When asked about what she wants to do with her winning amount, she said that she plans to pay off her daughter’s student loans and their cars.
