Kentucky man claimed his $1 million lottery after few months, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before. 

The Powerball lottery ticket was sold at a Crossroads IGA neighborhood market in Lexington. It matched the first five white ball numbers to win the game’s second prize on Aug. 31.

The winner decided not to reveal his identity and remain anonymous. 

The winner opted to get the lottery prize as a one time lump sum and took home $710,000 after taxes. 

The lucky jackpot winner said he has been picking the same numbers for years, consisting of a combination of family birthdays, and only checks his tickets occasionally.
