A Lucky Keno player won $50,000 in the first month of the new year.

The South Australian player won $50,000 in Keno Spot 8 draw 220118 872 which was drawn on 18 January 2022.

The winning ticket was purchased from Blackview Newsagency, Blake Crossing Centre, Shop 10/63 Main Terrace, Blakeview

The player speaks to the Lottery officials.

“I like to play Keno every now and again, but I never watch the draw,” he explained when speaking with an official from The Lott.

“It usually takes me about a week or at least a few days to check my ticket. I only checked this ticket today! I wish I’d found out sooner.

“I probably checked it about 100 times because I was so confused and shocked by the win.

“You dream of winning a big amount, but you never really think it’ll happen to you. It’s awesome!

“I was alone when I found out the news, so I couldn’t celebrate with anyone, but I was still so thrilled.
