Kaukauna resident is holding a lottery prize worth of $1 million, someone will soon be a million times richer than before. 

The Wisconsin Lottery announced Monday that a $1 million Mega Millions ticket was sold at a gas station in Kaukauna, the lucky Wisconsin player won the million dollars in the Friday, July 29, 2022, drawing.

The gas station Lighthouse Corner will receive $20,000 for selling the million dollar ticket. 

"We are so excited," said Lighthouse Corner co-owner, Evelyn Defatte-Singh, in a statement released by Wisconsin Lottery. "I was the one who sold him the winning ticket.
