James claimed $5 million top prize in Florida scratch off ticket, he became a millionaire just by buying one ticket worth $40-$50.
The winning ticket which was worth $5 million was bought at St. Joes Food Market on Monument Avenue in Port.
James decided to get his winning prize as a one time lump sum of amount $3,915,000.
James has not yet decided what he is going to do with the winning amount.
