A fortunate lottery player in Southern California has hit the jackpot, securing an impressive $82 million with their winning SuperLotto Plus ticket from Saturday's draw.

This stroke of luck came as all six numbers on the ticket perfectly matched the drawn numbers: 17-19-23-31-33, along with the Mega number 14. The ticket was purchased at the Spring Valley Market situated at 13295 Spring Valley Pkwy in Victorville.

Southern California is clearly in the midst of a remarkable lottery-winning streak. Just recently, a lucky individual from Los Angeles walked away with a staggering $1.08 billion Powerball prize on July 19.
